Conditions of conclusion and validity
Das WeltAuto Guarantee may be arranged with an authorized dealer of Das WeltAuto at the time of the used vehicle purchase. The guarantee is arranged for a period of one or two years, in case of vehicles older than five years the guarantee is valid for a period of six months. The vehicle has to comply with the schedule of regular checks in an authorized repair shop, as recommended by the manufacturer.

Claim settlement: effortless
The easiest way is to visit the dealer that sold you the vehicle. All formalities related to the repair will be taken care of. Is the dealer too far? No problem. You may report your claim and have the vehicle repaired in any contractual service centre all over Europe.
Cost reimbursement
Das WeltAuto guarantee covers labour and material costs. This also applies, of course, if more defects occur during its term. Once you reach the 100 000 km limit, you will have to participate in covering the labour costs. The share will be calculated in relation to the mileage at the time of the claim.
